I cannot change my URL on my google site it keeps saying The format of
the web address is unsupported. The site I started is http://
sites.google.com/site.tricitiesdaylilysociety I wanted a better addy
that would be easier for folks at our club to remember so I purchased
through Go Daddy, http://www.tricitiesdaylilysociety.com
Then when I tried to change it I signed into the site and went in to
Site Settings then Share This Site- clicked on Web Address. Then under
Add web address I tried typing my "new addy" and I got this message
"The format of the web address is unsupported."  So I just typed in
www.tricitiesdaylilysociety.com and it took that.  I followed
everything that was said to do on this page

but the addy is not going to the site yet. So is there something else
I'm supposed to be doing?
