即興劇是一種冒險性十足的戲劇形式，沒有劇本、未經排練，挑戰演員的勇氣、合作度、臨場反應。乍聽之下好像很難，其實你我都有與生俱來的即興能力，幫助
我們度過每一個未知的日子。
包括專業演員、老師、社工、動畫師、引導師、電腦工程師、企業主管、大學生等，都是常見的即興劇愛好者，許多更將即興劇訓練應用在他們的工作中，不論任
何人，在生活中或舞台上，都需要好的即興能力，它將讓你變得更勇敢、更正面、更無畏無懼地表現自己與生俱來充滿創意的一面。
這個單次體驗的論壇活動，將為你簡介什麼是即興劇，認識即興劇基礎術語，在引導師的帶領下，從暖身開始，放鬆、專注、打開心胸、堆疊點子、放掉自我中
心，和伙伴開心地玩在一起、打成一片。從即興中找回更有趣、更靈活、更合群、更有想像力的自己。
內容:
破冰與基礎概念
破冰、默契、丟與接、即興基礎術語
讚頌失敗
吵翻你的腦袋，讚送並享受失敗，大膽接受自己的平凡與無聊
團體即興創作
聆聽與被聆聽，接受彼此的點子，讓對手發光
團隊堆疊點子，與不同腦袋在未知與默契中即興創作
學員自備：方便活動之衣褲、可以久站的鞋子，足夠的飲用水，快速補充能量的小點心。

Topic: "Improv" unleashes your innate guts

Fee: We will be sharing the venue fee at NT$200 per person.
Improv is a theatre format without scripts and rehearsals. The actors
go on the stage without any idea what they are going to perform. It
sounds scary. But actually we all know how to improvise, that is how
we get through the day to day life without knowing what is going to
happen.
Hsiao-Hsien Wu from Guts Improv Theatre is going to introduce this
adventurous theatre format to you. Regardless of your experience,
background or training, Hsiao-Hsien believes that everybody can
benefit from studying improv. And you'll be amazed at how the improv
concepts apply to your life both on and off stage.
This is an involving, fun class, which gives you the opportunities to
play and perform in a friendly atmosphere. We will chat about "what is
improv" and teach you some of the basic vocabularies. We'll play
improv games which allow you to listen, play, be creative and build
something together that you couldn't make on your own.

*Please wear comfortable shoes and pants. Bring water and snacks as
you like.
